According to Mr. Ni, Canada project manager of Shanghai CIIC, among the students who go to private boarding schools in Europe, USA and Australia, the number of children aged between 13-19 have increased rapidly in recent years, which shows a low-age trend in overseas study in china. However, Mr. Ni suggests that plan to study abroad should be based on personal difference, such as maturity.

“You don’t have necessary to go out in high school, undergraduate or graduate. For students who have personal strength, or talent in certain subjects, study abroad might be a better choice, but for those who absolutely have no interests in study or idea about any major, it may not be wise to send them out, as they may not achieve personal development there either”.
