With the reform of the college entrance examination system in China, it has been a rising concern of the society to provide necessary guidance for teenagers to focus on the growth itself, to relieve anxiety, to establish a positive values system, to improve internal and external cognitive capacity, to strengthen the decision-making and career planning ability. Thus, during this forum, we shall deliberate on“Student career planning & development”.

Most people take scores for only one standard because China has carried out examination-oriented education for many years. the career planning is far from entering the public’s awareness. Moreover, the career planning in the elementary & secondary school hasn’t virtually started yet.For adapting to the innovation of Gaokao, and take quality education seriously. Therefore, Yuanbo Education Group would like to promote our share to the development of teenagers career planning, set up a mutual communication platform, increase the public awareness and comprehensive understanding on career planning, while integrating the career education resources all over the world and drawing lessons from the successful experience in the other countries. Hopefully, we would like to explore a career planning system in accordance with the Chinese culture background, found on a theoretical tools for career planning, and norms of localization, etc.
